Falcons announce practice squad members
Many of those who did not make the initial 53-man roster will still be sticking around Flowery Branch. That’s because they have been placed on the team’s 16-member 2025 practice squad.
Among those joining this year’s squad are QB Easton Stick, who many thought would make the main roster, defensive lineman Kentavius Street, edge rusher Khalid Kareem, and cornerback Cobee Bryant.
Others on the practice roster include…
- Cobee Bryant, cornerback
- Dylan Drummond, wide receiver
- Joshua Gray, offensive lineman
- Ronnie Harrison, safety
- C.J. Henderson, cornerback
- Nick Nash, wide receiver
- Brandon Parker, offensive lineman
- Joshua Simon, tight end
- Carlos Washington Jr., running back
All these members were part of the 90-member training camp roster. Lenny Krieg, the kicker, is the team’s international player, and does not count toward the practice squad. Any two of these players can be placed on the active roster for each game day.
Falcons make Jerrell trade official

The team announced today that they have officially acquired offensive tackle Michael Jerrell in a trade with the Seattle Seahawks. The Falcons will send the Seahawks a conditional 2027 seventh-round draft pick as part of the deal. According to PFF, he took 250 offensive snaps, all but five came at right tackle, against, ironically, the Falcons when they played Seattle in Week 7 last year. He allowed three sacks. PFF gives him a 46.4 grade overall, with 53.8 for pass blocks, and 49.5 in run blocks.
Former Falcon begins coaching career
Former Falcons QB Michael Vick is now the head coach at Norfolk State for the Spartans, and on Thursday, his team will face Towson. This is his first game as a Spartans coach. He was previously a Fox Sports commentator.
Mercedes-Benz Stadium #1 and #2

It’s no shock that Falcons (and Atlanta United) fans love the stadium and the cheap eats they can enjoy in that stadium. Now MBS has won two big accolades: #1 in NFL stadium food by USA Today readers in their 2025 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards. It also came in second for overall Best NFL Stadium. MBS recently introduced a new line of fan-friendly delicacies ahead of Falcons Preseason Football.
