Bulldogs Score Another Commitment In Busy Off-Season

The Georgia Bulldogs will have more firepower this season, as more prospects sign up to join the Dawgs upcoming quest for another national title.

A day after UGA added cornerback Shamari Earls to its roster after previously committing to the South Carolina Gamecocks, another four-star cornerback, Jalyan Morgan, has announced he will be joining the UGA football team.

Morgan told college football journal Rivals that the decision was a tough one for him, but after visiting several schools last month, he decided Georgia was a better fit for him.

“To be the best me possible, I have to be with the best,” said Morgan to Rivals national recruiting analyst Sam Spiegleman. “Georgia is a great school and they develop people very well. I know I can thrive under coaches like that.”

That coach he’s talking about is Kirby Smart, who shared on social media what he usually shares when the Dawgs land a big commitment…

And Smart has been posting that a lot lately, as the Bulldogs have successfully nabbed several high-profile commitments like Earls and Morgan this offseason. According to Dawgs 24/7, UGA has 19 hard commits, including 3 five-stars, and 10 four-stars.
