One of the Atlanta Falcons most popular newcomers of last season is heading south.
Homecoming: Long-time Pro Bowl DE Calais Campbell, one of the biggest name free agents available, is expected to sign with the #Dolphins, per me and @TomPelissero. Back at home for The U superstar.

Calais Campbell, a defensive end for the Falcons, will be signing with the Miami Dolphins, according to NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero.
This will be Campbell’s seventeenth year in the NFL after nine years with the Arizona Cardinals, three years with the Jacksonville Jaguars, three with the Baltimore Ravens, and last year, his only one, with the Falcons.
This will be a homecoming for the University of Miami’s Campbell, who’s a First Team All-Pro in 2017, six-time Pro Bowler, Walter Payton Man of the Year in 2019, and NFLPA Alan Page Community Award winner (2024), among other honors.
As a Falcon, Campbell started 17 games last season, with 56 combined tackles, 6.5 sacks (he hit 100 career sacks last season), one interception, and one forced fumble.
