The Atlanta Hawks once again turned lemons into lemonade by snatching a 120-118 victory over the Celtics.
What made this win so remarkable was the Hawks being down as many as 30 points in the second quarter. Shortly after that Celtics scoring peak, the Hawks began chipping away at their lead until in the fourth quarter, when the Hawks erased the Playoff-bound Celtics’ once mighty point advantage. And they did it without the services of Trae Young (who was cheering for his teammates courtside), Saddiq Bey, Onyeka Okongwu, Jalen Johnson, Kobe Bufkin, AJ Griffin and Mouhamed Gueye, all out due to various injuries.

All a flustrated Jayson Tatum could do was fume as Hawks up-and-coming talents like Vit Krejci and Bruno Fernando started lobbing successful shots, while the Celtic’s shooting went cold in the second half. De’Andre Hunter was the top scorer of the game with 24 points, along with 7 rebounds and 3 assists. He successfully made 4 three-point shots, including the one that clinched the victory for the Hawks in the final moments of the game.
