Bulldogs SEC Schedule Announced; All But 4 Inter-Conference

The Georgia Bulldogs face tough competition next season.

And many of those opponents reside with them in the SEC.

The Southeastern Conference announced a list of which teams will face each other in inter-conference play in the upcoming 2024-25 season. For the Bulldogs, who are looking to challenge once again for the National Championship they missed out on last season, eight of their twelve upcoming games will be against SEC opponents. Also, for the first time, the Bulldogs will face the Texas Longhorns as an SEC team, as they join the Southeastern Conference this year.

The Bulldogs have an equal four home/four away split of eight SEC opponent games this year. The SEC has not yet released dates and times for the upcoming games. This year’s schedule is identical to the one the SEC had last year.

“Continuing with our current format for the 2025 season provides additional time to understand the impact of the changes happening around us as we determine the appropriate long-term plan for SEC football scheduling,” said SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey, in a statement.
