Georgia is at its third consecutive week on top of the college football rankings that will determine which team goes to which bowl championship.
The bottom of the list is where the most action is, with Tennessee showing the most upward movement of any of the teams in the top 25, ironically because they were soundly defeated by the Bulldogs last Saturday 38-10.
